Why should I Maintain my HVAC System?

Regular maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble free operation and peak performance.

I see water in my pan and now my air is not working. Why?

This is a sign that something is either dripping, leaking or not draining. There is a safety float switch in the pan that is retaining water and when it reaches a certain height the furnace will automatically cut off.

There is ice build up and now my air is not working. Why?

The system may be low on freon, you may have a dirty filter or furnace cabinet or coil may be dirty. Turn system off immediately to allow ice to thaw.
